me”
Battle of Uhud was fought here and Beloved
Uncle of RasoolAllah s.a.w. attained Shahadat on this Ground.

It is said that after the
Shahadat of Hazrat Hamza RasoolAllah s.a.w. wanted to carry the body with him
and bury him in Jannatul Baqi as soon as the body was carreid UHUD the Mountain
also started moving with the Sahabis bcoz of its IMMENSE love and Respect for
Hazrat Hamza. RasoolAllah s.a.w. asked UHUD where are you coming and UHUD said
that I will always stay with Hazrat Hamza r.d.a. if you take him to Baqi i will
also come to Baqi. So RasoolAllah s.a.w. decided to buy Hazrat Hamza in the
Arms of Uhud and till date he is resting in the Arms of UHUD
It is said that One of the Sahabis who attained Shahadat on this Ground was married just one day beofore the battle and after spending the night with his wife he dint even get time to take bath. and he joined the battle field without taking bath. After his shahadat his wife came to RasoolAllah s.a.w. and said that my Husband attained Shahadat in battle and he was in the state of Junub and had not taken bath..
RasoolAllah s.a.w. made the sahabis search for his body and when his body was found it was drenched in Water and was Smelling with the Best Perfumes of the world.
RasoolAllah s.a.w. said that the Angels have given bath to your husband hence the Final Ghusl was not given by the sahabis but by the Angles and the body of this Sahaba was buried in another Graveyard the boundary of which can be seen in the image below.
